The World of Freestyle
Freestyle is a modern form of dance based on the latest chart music and up to date music styles. It covers Disco and Streetdance and can be danced solo, in pairs or in teams. The variety of music allows young people to be creative using expressive arm and body movements. Freestyle's freedom of expression means it can be danced to fast exciting and rhythmical music or to a slow ballad.
